Tarang Mishra

Tarang Mishra is the WITA Academy Fellow at WITA – The International Trade Association. He joined WITA in January 2026. He graduated of James Madison University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Global Commerce and Public Policy at George Mason University. Along with his graduate studies, he also runs a motivational apparel startup, Untitled Kingdom Clothing.

Previously, he was the Culture and Finance Coordinator at Issue One, a non-profit that works to educate the public and pass legislation on Capitol Hill to bolster U.S. elections build a healthier environment for American democracy.  He also served as a Policy and Research Intern at the US-ASEAN Business Council, a non-profit organization that conducts research and analysis of economic, environmental, financial, political, and social, conditions in the eleven countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
