WITA’s Academy Fellowship offers early-career professionals a paid, hands-on path into leadership within the trade policy community.

Leadership Development

Build management and leadership skills through a 12-month, hands-on role within WITA.
Mentorship

Guide and mentor WITA interns under the direction of WITA leadership.
YTP Involvement

Take on a leadership role with Young Trade Professionals, WITA’s network for young trade professionals.
Paid & Full-Time

A competitive, paid position based in Washington, DC, running July to July.
