Kudlow staying ‘bullish’ on U.S.-China trade deal

White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow said Sunday morning that he remains “bullish” on the prospect of a U.S.-China trade deal being finalized sometime in April.

“I think we’re making great progress,” Kudlow said on “Fox News Sunday.”

But Kudlow noted that despite how optimistic he is about the possibility of a deal, ultimately, the decision is up to President Donald Trump.
