The Honorable Ambassador Tim Groser was appointed New Zealand’s Ambassador to the United States in January 2016 and will be retiring from his current post on November 9, 2018. In his distinguished government career, Ambassador Groser served as an elected member of the New Zealand Parliament, Minister of Trade, and served as New Zealand’s Ambassador to the World Trade Organization (WTO), among numerous distinguished positions within the New Zealand government over the past 44 years.
