The best coaching/advice I’ve been given is to know your audience. Everyone gives and receives information in their own ways. Effectively getting your point across to large groups of people, often by e-mail, requires carefully constructed communication that guides everyone to the same conclusions without relying on buzzwords or obscure abbreviations.
