The conference provides an annual forecast on legal and policy developments, which may feature trade remedies and customs law, trade policy, customs practice and judicial decisions, and developments in disputes and trade negotiations.
It is widely attended by the trade and customs bar, government officials, and in-house counsel. There will be attendees and speakers from key agencies and courts, such as Commerce, Customs, USITC, USTR, Justice, the WTO Secretariat, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Learn the insights you need to address the most pressing issues and stand out in your practice.
This International Trade Update will be available for a full complement of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit, with details to be provided. The conference is managed by the Georgetown Law’s Office of Executive and Continuing Legal Education, who offers the CLE credit options for the conference.
