Event Description
This unique program, co-sponsored by the National Center for APEC, WITA, and the Ronald Reagan Building, will feature an hour-long Congressional Panel from 8-9 AM, with Chairman Sandy LEVIN and Ranking Member Kevin BRADY  of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade.

Following the Congressional Panel, United States Trade Representative Ron KIRK will address the audience.

The speakers will discuss the outcomes of the November APEC conference, goals for the US-hosted APEC conference in 2011, China, the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), and the President's recent call for expanded trade- particularly exports- with Asia.  Speakers are expected to take Q and A following their remarks.
